Day 1 - Recruitment
How can I recruit the best candidate on the top management position? Of course, I can use traditional way such as advertise in newspapers, journals or by headhunters agency. I used to do so. This time I am going to use only the power of Internet - "career market on the internet".

Sounds like a really interesting DBE subject.
Advertising in the newspapers in Poland does not work these days. I know what I'm talking about. I'm in recruitment business since years.
