I sent an e-mail to the Internet recruitment agency and asked them about their service . At the same time I posted an job advertisement on my company web page. A woman from Internet recruitment agency wrote me an e-mail including an offer. There was much more options that I was thinking. The offer contained:- Package1 (2 advertisements on agency web page with 4 weeks expiry date, preparing adverisement by agency, access to 50 candidates CV base and sending recruitment e-mail's service to selected registred agency's users)
- Package2 (4 advertisements on agency web page with 4 weeks expiry date, preparing adverisement by agency, access to 100 candidates CV base and sending recruitment e-mail's service to selected registred agency's users).

The database that they offer is usually quite acurate and updated but when it comes to accepting the offer, the candidates are very reluctant to change jobs. I often told them why they posted their CV on intranet if they do not want to change their current jobs at all.
