"The Magnificent Rogues"
Here, we are. There are three more candidates (only three). In the meantime I had two more phone call from recruitment agencies. I really do not like talk with headhunters, on the other hand, I started to get accustomed. I have notthought that in Poland were so many recruitment agencies. But, I nearly forgot all about my three candidates "Buono, il brutto, il cattivo". Maybe someone has got a good chance to get this job.

m4rio5 - why don't you continue with your story? Did you manage to employ somebody eventually? Or are you still looking?
I am still looking for. Maybe next week I will find good candidate.
