Selection

Selection, the best part of my job .... ok, it was a joke of course. But... I shot two applicants and I sent them e-mail "Thank you for your applications but...etc.". After that I chose six other candidates and I proposed them an appointment. To be frank only three applicants seems to be suitable for that job, others - maybe.

Who are you going to recruit? I thought that we have huge unemployment, especially among young university graduates. I have experiences from the other site: the person who wanted to change a job. I sent a few applications to a few different organisation. Both in Poland and abroad. And what were the results? Only those companies situated outside Poland started to talk with me. Polish companies, well, they even do not send a "thank you letter". If you try to call them and ask about the recruitment process and your application they treat you like an idiot. Like someone who dared to disturb their peace and quietness... Seems that if it goes like that I will have to think about moving abroad.

I am still looking for a Production Director (I have not mentioned yet) to my company. Mayby it will take one week or two from now. About e-mail's and replies - you should send me e-mail, I always reply (and write not only "thank you for your e-mail).
