"The Magnificent Rogues"

Here, we are. There are three more candidates (only three). In the meantime I had two more phone call from recruitment agencies. I really do not like talk with headhunters, on the other hand, I started to get accustomed. I have not 
thought that in Poland were so many recruitment agencies.  But, I nearly forgot all about my three candidates "Buono, il brutto, il cattivo". Maybe someone has got a good chance to get this job.

Another agency, one woman

I had a call... yes, another recrutiment agency. They are everywhere, it is amazing, but I am not looking for any agency.
There was one woman also who send me an e-mail. She wrote 'I am not looking fo top management position, but I am looking for any job, I can do it everything'. Nice, but my company is looking for top management candidate.

"Close Encounters of the Third Kind"

"Yes, yes, yes"- as somebody said, success!. First answers ... but (always is "but") from two other recrutiment agencies. They offered me their recrutiment services. Sorry, but I was not interested in such answers.

One call, one fax - second step

I phoned to my personal assistant to Internet recruitment agency. She (really nice voice) send me e-mail with a draft of agreement. I signed it and sent it by fax. In the meantime I prepared text of advertisement (looking for top management employee) and send it by e-mail to Internet recruitment agency. They was really fast because at the same day they prepared job advertisement and posted it on the Internet recruitment agency web page.

First contact

I sent an e-mail to the Internet recruitment agency and asked them about their service . At the same time I posted an job advertisement on my company web page. A woman from Internet recruitment agency wrote me an e-mail including an offer. There was much more options that I was thinking. The offer contained:
  1. Package1 (2 advertisements on agency web page with 4 weeks expiry date, preparing adverisement by agency, access to 50 candidates CV base and sending recruitment e-mail's service to selected registred agency's users)
  2. Package2 (4 advertisements on agency web page with 4 weeks expiry date, preparing adverisement by agency, access to 100 candidates CV base and sending recruitment e-mail's service to selected registred agency's users).
There was only 1 difference between Package1 and Package2 - price certainly.

Day 1 - Recruitment

How can I recruit the best candidate on the top management position? Of course, I can use traditional way such as advertise in newspapers, journals or by headhunters agency.  I used to do so. This time I am going to use only the power of Internet - "career market on the internet".
